House Sitter in Monroe, Washington

Personal Profile: Greetings! My name is Brendan. I am looking for a house sitting provider and/or pet sitting opportunity in (or somewhat close to) Monroe, Washington. I am currently a gainfully employed law enforcement officer of 13 years looking to fill my down time. You won't find anyone more responsible. I will work part-time, dependent on the day of my work week, with full-time hours available during my 3-day weekends. This would be in my off time and not in official capacity as an officer. Service Abilities: I will take care of property watching, lawn maintenance, and light landscaping. I am skilled in some maintenance and even house painting (I ran a house painting business while attending UW). I obviously specialize in security matters and have trained homeowners in CPTED. Regarding pets, I have had them all my life, ranging from my current 200 lb Daniff dog to a 6' iguana. I was the assistant manager of a dog boarding facility at one point. I am great with animals and can exercise them, feed them, medicate them and clean up after them. How To Contact Me: I work graveyard shifts and can be called or texted 24 hours a day.
