Hello, nice t meet you. I am a 63 year old gentleman that has been a home owner for 27 years until recently. I did all installs and repairs with the exception of a furnice. I know the TLC that is required to keep a house going and livable. Along with the house came the in conditional love giving pets from rabbits to a 100 gallon fish yank, cats and dogs. I even volunteered at the community membership required cabana Club. My duties there was pool maintenance. Mostly cleaning and adjusting chemicals to required levels for safe clean swim.
I would be forever greatful got an opportunity to care for a house again. I live on apartment here in the city which is fine? Just confining! It’s pmly a studio!
My schedule is wide open so I very flexible on the schedule.
