I am 47 years old, have run my own landscaping business in Manchester, VT (Canterbury Landscaping Service, INC.) for almost 25 years. Sold the business last year and have since obtained my realtors license and am working for Josiah Allen Real Estate here in Manchester. I own and manage 6 rental properties. I am looking for part time seasonal work with hourly pay or full time work with housing for my family of 4. My wife and I are well experienced of care taking a home and/or a farm with animals. We are willing to live on the property while caring for it and are looking for a place to live/work for at least 6 months, maybe longer if the job works out for both parties.
