House Sitter in Stony Plain, Alberta

Hi there! I am a twenty two year old young man available to take care of your house in the Edmonton area this winter for anything from a couple of weeks to four months plus! I have been renting a basement suite between Onoway and Stony Plain. My landlord just sold the house, and as I am in the selection process for a highly competitive career position and may or may not have to move in the near future, I'm hesitant to sign a new lease with someone else. This leaves me in a perfect position to take care of your place! I am currently working in construction. As well as being young, active, and able to provide the highest level of care for animals, plants, and property; if you are considering or undergoing any renovations or improvements on your property there's a good chance I could help you out! My specialties are drywall and finishing but my skill set is diverse. I'm respectful, clean, smoke free, and don't consume alcohol. I'd be happy to contribute reasonable rent - definitely not looking to take advantage of anyone! Cheerio :) Ian
