House Sitter in Austin, Texas

My wife and I are looking for a house sitting opportunity in Austin, TX area. I am retired and my wife is a teacher (Illinois) so we are both off during the summer months. We are available for a month or six weeks with lots of flexibility. We have two married sons who live in Austin whom we do not see often, therefore we desire to spend time with them but also have a bit of space to ourselves. We like our kids but we want a bit of freedom. We are willing to take care of plants, collect mail, and pet sit. We are dog people ourselves but our dog (miniature schnauzer) would stay with one of our sons as she is extremely well trained. We are semi familiar with the Austin area having visited our sons on many occasions; however, this is the first time that we have a summer available though we only desire to commit for a month or so. We can provide references or allow a background check, no problem. We have done house sitting before when we were younger and also sans enfants.
