My daugter, who is a journalist in Alexandria and her husband, who is in the Navy, live in the DC area and I would like to see them more often. I have been a resident of Central Florida for many years and also have two sisters who live in the Vienna, VA area. I am responsible and would take excellent care of your home while you are away. I would like at least a 6-12 month position. References are certainly available. I owned a home in Flagler Beach, FL for 14 years and have rented a condo/apt, in Bunnell, FL for 8 years. My property development manager can serve as my reference as can local, monthly obligations including power/light, cable, water, etc. Would enjoy taking secure care of your home.
