House Sitter Job in Farmington, New Mexico

I would like a single, responsible individual to watch my house for short periods of time while I travel. My house has lovely amenities and is very comfortable. It is located in Farmington, NM and has an alarm system, state of the art audio system and lovely west facing patio. I am looking for someone to stay in my home and make sure that no harm comes to it. He/she will be responsible for watering indoor plants, keeping house clean and assuring that house is protected during extreme cold weather/snow. This could include shoveling driveway if snow accumulates, protecting indoor pipes and maintaining comfortable indoor temperature. I do not want pets, children or smoking on the premises
