House Sitter Job in Tucson, Arizona

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced trustworthy individual to take care of my house during the summer. Every week, I need someone to check on the house and look for any problems which may arise. I'm looking for someone who can fix minor issues, check for any rodent activity, and make sure the irrigation is running ok and the plants look fine. You would also need to be willing to set up maintenance calls and be there if needed to let them in for a bigger project. It would be preferable if you lived near the east side of Tucson just to make the commute easier. It would be starting late April or early May. We could set a base rate for checking on the house and then additional payment if more serious or out of the ordinary work is done. Thank you
