I was running a big operation at the Eagan facility. I would be managing groups of Union employee's anywhere from 4-10 people. My responsiblity's were to make sure the Union worker's have everything available to them to complete the job, Make sure my employee's are working safely, follow up with safety observations, facility belt walks, management paper work for completion status's of work/belt walks/ and slide checks. Focus Group On and Off for about 2 years. I would manage rental property's around the area that are owned by the company. If something needed to be fixed/ replaced in a tenant's rental home Id get an appointment setup to get it fixed or Id run out to the house myself. Also did painting and flooring for them as well. StayBright Electric 1.5 years I would be installing and replacing old electrical wiring in Commercial building's such as Target, Home Depot, and Sports Authority. I worked for overnights for about a year and a half and was traveling to much so decided it wasn't for me. Berg's Flooring 2 Years I have been installing carpet for on and off for about two plus years. Enjoy the people I work with here just very inconsistent hours so its part time. I am a full installer.
