House Sitter in Oakland, California

Hello. My name is James. I'm a 40 year old Oakland native trying to expand my horizons. A friend of mine has told me that house sitting is a nice way to earn some extra money now and then and the people you meet are fun. I have done some house sitting back in college for friends and family. I'm comfortable with simple checking in on the house to overnight stays (if coordinated enough in advance). I like dogs and cats. Easy to work with, professional, respectful, and have a fairly laid back personality.
