Hi! my name is Yessenia Hernandez , I am Current Foster Youth pursuing my dream in Animal Care and Animal Services . I started to pursue this dream in High School with an acceptance in Silicon Valley Career for Technical Education doing a Vet Assisting Class in San Jose. The most Important information I acknowledge is the experience you receive when working with the animals including; Restraints , Bathing , Grooming , Administering Medication including injections. I am glad to have that experience today, as well as was able to go into an externship through my school with a fantastic animal clinic learning exactly what type of environment to expect. What the most challenging part about being in the clinic was being able to give injections at a timely manner , I loved my experience ! A little more about myself is I have worked in retail for 3 years with many stores including ; Goodwill , Mall , Shoe Stores , Clothing Stores , Temp agencies. What intrigued me the most is that none of the stores that I worked with appreciated me for my hard work or punctuality. I also did not feel fulfilled because it was not what I wanted to do. I love to work with animals and its my passion to care , feed , help , and entertain an do what I love. Thank you for your time !
