I'm a professional who is leaving the corporate world to relocate to the Charleston area from Atlanta. I am buying commercial property in Mt Pleasant, and opening a Goddard School. Purchase and construction will take 18-24 months, so I'm looking for someone who needs a responsible individual to take care of their home, and any other duties needed. I'm proficient with home and lawn care, pets , plants and any maintenance needed. I've owned my own home(s) for 30 years, and know my way around all electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues.
