House Sitter in Pagosa Springs, Colorado

I am a older mature and quiet person available in January 2016 for Pagosa Springs, CO area. I'm very neat, love animals should you have any, and have a green thumb. I've enjoyed a very fruitful garden this year. Why do I want to house-sit: I've been visiting Pagosa Springs for over 20 years and it is my intention to move there. I thought what a better way to get intimately acquainted with Pagosa Springs by living there (in the winter) to see what it's like day-to-day. I'm a Life Coach, speaker and writer, but do not travel in the winter. I currently live in Sandia Park, NM. I plan to sale my home in the Spring and move to Pagosa at that time. I am very reliable and very capable of dealing with whatever might come up. I am a very handyman person as well.
