House Sitter in Ann Arbor, Michigan

I am a mid-30 y/o woman, non-smoker, animal lover, exercise enthusiast and generally cheerful about life. I'm on a long(ish) holiday in America to visit my sister and her husband. I'm looking for a quiet, secluded house sit to take a few weeks to just unwind, de-stress from the mad pace of big city life and career obsession. I am looking to experience parts of the US that are not on the standard tourist itinerary. I would like to get out of the cities and enjoy the countryside, and take enough time in one place to really get to know it. I've previously lived in Washington DC and travelled a bit of the east coast big cities. On this visit to the US I would like to experience something a bit different. I have successfully house sat before, looking after a lovely cabin, dog and cat in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan - I can provide referees on request. I also own my own home in Australia so I understand the importance of caring for a home and treating it with respect.
