Hello my name is David Spivack. Looking to share a part of your house and possibly coexist with others living there. I have respect for the privacy of others, am friendly and easy to get along with and possess a good natured sense of humor. I first moved to Santa Barbara in 1994 and am returning after moving to Washington DC. In 2010. So, I do have a decent social network and a love for the town and its surrounding outdoor areas. I tutor chemistry and biology as well as work in the hospitality industry. I am in the process of furthering my education in order to work in agriculture and help feed a growing population healthier food. Financially responsible, pay my rent on time and am willing to accomplish what is necessary in a shared living situation. I am clean and do not leave messes for others to clean up behind me. I like cooking, both indoors and outdoors and enjoy sharing. I am well traveled and have an interest in photography. I love to read, watch movies and enjoy bike riding.
