House Sitter in Santa Monica, California

Hi, I'm Frank. I'm 51 years old and I've been an Oregonian for the past 23 years. I've begun downsizing my life and have discarded some of the material items that I no longer need. I'm making a fresh start and would love to housesit for someone here in the area. I was actually exposed to housesitting when I was living in Anchorage and fishing in rural Alaska. I took care of a deaf dalmatian with was getting up there in age. I'm very responsible, thoughtful and will keep your house and belongings in good order. And I understand that taking care of someone's home is not an invitation for slacking off or turning the pad into a party atmosphere. I'm employed full time at PGE, so this isn't a squatter situation. Short term or long term, both situations are fine with me. My rates are reasonable given what responsibilities you request.
