My husband and I are residents of Bellingham and retired professionals. We are looking for a house sitting position for this winter in the Whatcom area. We have references from people in Bellingham that we have rented from. We are mature, professional, responsible and have had pets of our own and know how important they are. We have owned our own homes and have the ability to do general maintenance and more. We prefer longer term contracts.

Hello, I am a former landlord of Rene Laventure and Robert Schober. They rented our home from June 2014 to June 2017. Their payments were always timely. They took care of the house and kept up with the lawn mowing. They were pleasant renters and we wish them well.

Rene and her husband house-sat for us for three months. They took great care of our home and were excellent at keeping us informed of how things were going here. They looked after our chickens and four feral cats.
They would be staying here this winter again if we had not canceled our trip.
