Due to a disruption in my marital status, I am looking for a house to maintain and carefully tend. Available beginning of August, I can hold off till as late as the end of September. Ideally to run through May, but I am quite flexible. I have owned suburban and rural properties and I am skilled with outdoor power equipment and maintenance. I am experienced in maintaining garden areas including shrubbery, vegetables and flower beds. I have done small building projects and I am an excellent painter if the interior could use some sprucing up. I have done this for a living in the past. I am ma teacher in the Lehigh Valley and will be relocating in June of 2018. I look forward to exploring an opportunity that could be beneficial to us both.
