House Sitter in Boulder, Colorado

My husband and I would both be interested in opportunities for pet and housesitters. As a team, we have lots of experience caring for people's pets and their homes while they are away for long (or short) periods of time. Here is a little bit about us: We are an adventurous married couple who loves exploring the beautiful state of Colorado. For most of the past decade, we have traveled around the States managing promotional marketing tours. We are currently settling back into our home in Gunbarrel, Colorado, and we are seeking work that would allow us the opportunity to earn extra income while we are building our at-home marketing business. We are very tidy, respectful, quiet and clean housesitters. We are both homeowners and landlords (one condo in Ocean City, MD and one house in Boulder, CO), so we know what it is like to take care of a home and to have someone else live-in and care for the home you love. We also are handy around the house and can take care of most minor fixes and repairs. We have cared for properties and pets in the States and overseas from sits as short as a week to several months. We have petsitting and housesitting experience in Oregon, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Georgia and Colorado, and resort care and management experience in Honduras, Guatemala, and Ecuador. We have even cared for an alpaca farm (with two dogs and chickens) for several months, and we feel it was one of the best experiences of our lives. Additionally, we have helped homeowners with landscaping, general maintenance and more chores around the house and property. We love animals, and we are very happy to help care for your pets. We have both been dog and cat owners in the past, and we look forward to owning a pet together once we settle down. Being a pet sitter affords us the opportunity to enjoy caring for animals that we adore, but simply can't have at this time. We can provide letters of references upon request.
