House Sitter in Berkeley, California

My wife & I are a mature & responsible retired couple who are very active. We are not CA residents, but our son, his wife and our one & only grandson live in the East Bay area (El Cerrito). He got his PhD @ UCB and taught in the Classics department there for several years. We love the area, visit as often as possible and house sitting opportunities in the area make that more of a possibility for us. Our schedule is quite flexible and we can respond to opportunities of almost any length on relatively short notice. We are neat & well organized and are homeowners ourselves, so I am pretty handy around the house. Our pledge would be to leave your home in at least as good condition as we found it, if not better!
