I am a retired national facilities manager, high rise NYC commercial building manager and energy management/security specialist. I have worked for the Department of Defense and the School Board of Broward County where I passed background checks including the FBI and the state of Florida. I have no criminal record and references from ex law enforcement and military, business owners, doctor and other respected people who have known me for most of my life. I live alone in my house located in Seminole, Florida and I am available on short notice for a day or a year. I am friendly and happy with my life. I make a nice appearance and get along with well with everyone. I keep a clean and well maintained house and will treat your home with the same care and respect. I love all animals especially dogs. I have been a part time handgun instructor and safety officer for over 20 years meaning I can protect your home from intruders as well if you so desire. I maintain a smoke free home as I will yours. I provide everything for my personal needs, I would request and internet connection for my personal computer for any extended stay. I use water and electricity sparingly at home as I would in yours. My rates are reasonable and vary accordingly with duties assigned to me. The rate listed is negotiable.

Bill was raised by a fine middle class family in our quaint neighborhood of Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, New York, and was, in fact the best friend of my long-time boyfriend. Bill is a man of many talents.
