House Sitter in Palm Desert, California

Hello...here's an introduction to who I am and why this match could be the answer for both of us... I'm a native Southern Californian. I went to Yucaipa High and graduated in 1977. I live in the Nashville, Tennessee area but have recently divorced after 35 years of marriage. My children and grandchildren are here in Tennessee so it would make it difficult to move to California permanently but family and close girlfriends are there. So, I thought I'd be a little spontaneous and check out the possibility of doing some House Sitting in the area that I love and miss so much. It would be a great way for me to get away from here every now and then, make a new start in life, make new friendships and Help You. I'm a Realtor and Property Manager in Tennessee and have been for over 16 years and would work on getting my license in California while staying there. Background checks are completed on real estate applicants and if the candidate has ever been convicted of ANY crime, they can not get or retain a license. I mention this to give you a sense of trust and integrity from the start. I'm completely open to any background check or vetting you would feel necessary before hiring me to watch over and care for your precious home and investment. As I would hope you would be comfortable with me checking you out to make sure I'm not getting myself into a bad situation. I would be interested in any areas covering a 50-60 miles radius of Palm Desert. I have family and friends in Yucaipa, Beaumont, Palm Desert, Indio, San Diego, Bellflower and more. I'd be happy to discuss other small jobs or duties you may need done during my stay at your home. I will treat your home as if it were my own. I'm a non-smoker, very clean and organized.
