1. I am safe and reliable: a) Perfectly clean police record. b) I have passed several extensive background investigations: (1) top secret clearance, during government service, which is the most extensive of all background investigations (2) background investigation conducted when we adopted a child (3) background investigation when I became a Registered Investment Advisor, with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). 2. I am super punctual. You won't have to worry about missing your plane. I am ex-military--I am never late. 3. I am trustworthy and reliable. If I agree to perform tasks for you, they WILL be completed, and performed well. 4. I will follow your instructions to a tee. Again, I am ex-military. You give the instructions; I carry them out. No ifs, ands or buts. 5. I am clean. No worries you will come home to a dirty or damaged home. I wasn't raised that way. I will treat your home and property with utmost respect. 6. I am pet-friendly. I am patient and friendly to all animals. 7. I will take good care of your house plants. I will water them carefully. If you want me to talk to them, I will. If you want me to sing to them, I will. (I hear they love classical music--so do I.) 8. I don't smoke (never have). I don't drink alcohol (never have). I don't use (never have). 9. I am not on any medications. I am a nutrition nut, and I exercise daily, so I stay healthy. 10. I won't invite anyone to your home. I would never think of doing so. First, I wouldn't have any friends in your neck of the wood. Second, I recognize that your home is your castle. Third, I really just a book worm, not a social butterfly. 11. I am fluent in Spanish, in case that might come in handy. (I lived in Panama for 7 years.) 12, Finally, I take house sitting seriously, since I don't have a home to go anymore, so I need to house sit to have a place to live. (I sold my home just before I moved to India.)
