i am sure if hired you would not regret that decision as i would make sure to have your home safe while gone, and then you return to your castle. i do handman work, ive done a lot of different trades since young that the only things im not too confident with yet is electrical and plumbing. otherwise i know, flooring, roofing, carpentry, sheet rock, had experience at red robin, pizza pirate, charlotte russe and etc. i am also a father of two beautiful kids, my son being 8 and my daughter 4. so i know what is needed for how clean things need to be for safety of children and just an overall sense of comfortabilty of ones layer. you should give me a call because im a one of a kind that believes in karma, that nothing will be handed to you in this world so its up to me to make sure i earn it. ps i know how to do coi ponds/landscaping, great cook if needed. great with people who have issues with hording stuff and i seperate an organize to find out what will stay and what will go. i was always told if its been there long enough to where an item has a big part of it surface area with a good cover of dust then it needs to go(no point keeping and collecting dust).
