House Sitter in Huntington, New York

We are veteran homeowners, and have shared the duties and pleasures of running a household. We wish to scale down the operation, sit in a smaller home as a couple, and are willing to manage that household with cleaning, upkeep, minor repairs & maintenance,i.e. , looking after the place while you the owner are off on an extended stay. We can manage household accounts, bill paying, arrange and oversee local services, and the like. We have managed vacation homes, ski rentals, and done some sitting in the past. We are looking to expand the latter with a longer term for someone who requires care and attention while they are away for a while .
