My husband and I are recently retired--I from a 36 year career as a real estate agent (associate broker), and my husband from the aero-space industry and he is a great handyman. We are looking to "house sit" in areas other than our own state. We are educated and creative and highly responsible, very friendly but also no nonsense. We do not smoke or drink, are clean and expect our surroundings to be such and we will maintain it properly.
