I am a retired college Art teacher and professional painter. I have been a homeowner and am aware of the care needed to maintain a house. I possess carpentry and minor plumbing and electrical experience, as well as gardening and lawn maintenance. I also am good with animals especially dogs and cats.
Of course a place to work on my painting would be ideal, but its not a deal breaker. I have good character, am a veteran, and can provide good references.
