House Sitter in Sebastopol, California

I am an IT professional/homeowner in the Santa Rosa, CA area looking for housesitting jobs this summer. I will care for your home as if it were my own. Cats, dogs, small mammals or fish? No problem! I own a house in this area and have two cats myself. I know firsthand that pets are members of the family. I also have a pre-teen son who loves animals and who has experience caring for cats and fish. I will insist on meeting you in person to determine whether we are "a fit". I will also insist on drawing up a contract first, so that expectations on both sides are crystal clear and there are no misunderstandings. I previously had a bad experience with someone. After I'd completed a job as agreed, he had to be reminded to pay me. Then, he came to my office and began yelling at me in front of customers (I almost needed to have him removed by security). This is, obviously, unacceptable. I only work with nice people! NOTE: I do have a regular, full-time 9-6 job. Please keep this in mind.
