I'm a fit, maticulous, on hands fix it, get hands dirty kind of person. Lost my first wife of 23 years 13 years ago to cancer. Remarried couple years after that for 10 years, and simply, didn't work out. That chapter in my life is done and gone. I still have my sales job in Minneapolis, but am in need of a place to live. I am a non smoker with 3 grown children that are married in Minneapolis with grand children that I visit often. I can fix, repair, touch up anything and love to mow, snow blow, keep busy and protect your property. Very fit and healthy for my age. I like to putts all day when at home. Cutting grass, clearing snow covered walkways, fixing or repairing what is needed. No criminal record of any kind. Architect by education and practice for 7 years. Been a business to business sales rep calling on Architects and Contractors for 30 years and will continue to do so until I retire.
