I will occupy as well as oversee house to maintain order, answer doorbell, take messages and additionally forward information to employer per request. Will monitor entrances to property plus secure locks and other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons. Will vacuum and use other housecleaning to maintain cleanliness of home. Report any deficiencies such as; plumbing as well as air conditioning problems.
