House Sitter in Gardner, Massachusetts

My experience as a "Housesitter" spans several years, allowing me much to offer. I am a single, stay-at-home mom of a teenager, which does allow quite a bit of flexibility with my time. We live in Gardner, together with our 2 small dogs and 2 housecats. As a person, I have maturity, am honest, respectful, and reliable. Having been a homeowner for many years, I do understand the relative intimacy in allowing a little, to unknown person enter your private residence during your absence. I respect the property, just as I do my own. As well, I do take very seriously, the "job" I've been hired to do. Though it be a "job", it still, requires a personal touch- which I see to be a necessity when offering "Housesitting" services. Regarding services, I do my very best to be thorough. To touch on a few, I come and go on a daily basis, indicating that the house is not "unoccupied". The mail will be brought in each day. Plants will be watered. Trash will be brought to the curb on the respective day, and trash containers will be brought back to the house accordingly. During winter months, I am sure to leave tire tracks/footprints when we've had a light snow (not requiring plowing, etc). In addition to Housesitting, Petsitting is another personal service I offer. As with Housesitting, I do also have much experience with Petsitting. Please know that I am most interested in determining with you, what your personal needs are, so that I may properly comply with and achieve them!
