Hi my name is wayne. I have a rental property which I keep in pristine condition for my renters. I also own a small residence which I live in. I am no stranger to extensive yardwork, flowerbed maintenance and pets, mostly dogs..I have been involved in jobs which involved heavy cleaning and light cleaning. I am a very detail oriented individual with a good eye for problems or arising problems. I am a professional by trade as a power engineering technician 3rd class.
