House Sitter in Boca Raton, Florida

I am a responsible professional who does business on both coasts of Florida and spend time in each place. I am interested in watching someone's home as a 'live in' and can do light housework, take out trash and bring mail in. Because I won't be there 24/7, but can commit to at least once a week (it's been 2 -4 days a week) I am not ideal to pet sit. I don't cook, so there will be no mess, smells etc. I moved to Tampa in Feb to be closer to my daughters in Bible College, but have found that my business on the east coast is taking more time than my new clients in Tampa (I sell employee benefits and have for 10 years). I've been staying with friends but am not comfortable with how often I've had to inconvenience them even though I pay a daily rate...plus it's adding up, and it's almost worth renting a room or better yet, housesitting for people leaving for the summer or travelling extensively.
