Hello, my name is Jerry. I am a responsible 46 year old divorced male without children. House sitting is something I find interesting since, I do not own a home, do not wish to have a mortgage, do not wish to pay a ridiculous high rent and, currently, living at my brothers house. So, if you will let me stay at your place, in exchange for me taking good care of it, that would be awesome. I'll cut the grass if needed, clean, take care of your cat(s) or dog(s) and anything else you require. You will be doing me a big favor as, my brother, is asking that I pay him $300 per month to stay in a bedroom at his house. He, also, wants me to clean the roof, install new grass, etc.
