ntroduction I am a Chef of many years experience. I am a responsible, reliable, practical, ethical non-smoker. I was a house owner for many years and thus know how to take good care of your home. I have also been a pet owner - 1 Siamese Cat and 2 Boxer dogs - and so know how to care for your animals. For me interacting with your pets will be a privilege and a joy, not a chore. I am of a calm, resourceful and reliable disposition and believe that in entrusting your home to me you will be able to travel with complete peace of mind. I am not presently running a car (though I have an unblemished driver's licence) but travel by cycle and train. Though I am, pretty much, prepared to sit anywhere, some locations may be, practically, too remote.
