House Sitter in Orlando, Florida

I am Laura, a native Floridian, seeking house sitting assignments in the Orlando area. I have cared for children as a babysitter for over ten years. I've also cared for pets as a pet-owner in the past and currently volunteer on an on-call basis with the Hubbs-Sea World Research Institute here in Orlando. I am currently finding a great benefit of plentiful opportunities to immerse myself in within the local community and feel that house sitting will enable me to do this to a much greater extent than merely travelling to the area on occasion, and offer a wonderful retreat from the norm. House sitting is a wonderful concept, as sitters, we are able to subsidize our accommodation costs while providing peace of mind to those we meet along the way and develop new friendships. We find great joy in welcoming a home owner back from their trip with a home cooked meal knowing that their home is clean, their sheets freshly washed and their animals happy and healthy. While house sitting for you, I will not be exploring the local 'tourist trail' instead the focus will be on caring for your home and animals. I enjoy learning new languages, joining in with local customs and developing friendships that I may otherwise have missed out on.
