House Sitter Job in Baltimore, Maryland

I am looking for a mature and experienced house sitter for this reduced rent opportunity in downtown Baltimore. The house sitter is needed from the end of July 2015 until early January 2016 while I am a visiting professor in Brazil. The house was recently completely renovated with modern features and finishes. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and is located a short walk to the UMMC/UMB campus. One bedroom has been converted into an equipped exercise room. It includes a great TV room/den. On-street parking with no parking permit required. Depending on the qualifications of the house sitter, the rent will be reduced to between $400 and $700.
