Services offered: -Look after your home -Look after your pets (I am comfortable administering medication if direction is clearly given) -Water your plants -Bring in the mail/sign for packages -Rotate which lights are on and off -Take out trash and recycling on designated day -Skim the swimming pool or other similar tasks -Other basic house up-keeping such as bringing in produce from the garden, watering outside plants, etc. -The house will be left in the same (or better!) condition than when you left. -Option of on-site or check in rates, depending on the level of your needs. About Me: I am a college educated full time professional, managing my own team at my place of employment. I am incredibly detailed oriented and would care for your home as if it were my own. My participation in your amenities (TV, food, etc) is up to your discretion. I do not party or drink excessively and am highly respectful of neighbors and “quiet hours. Any guests I’d potentially have at your home would be approved by you personally prior. I have three households that I regularly sit that would be happy to recommend me should you need references. I am also open to sending photos (especially the first few times) while you’re away so you can feel comfortable that your home and pets are being cared for appropriately. Rate depends on services performed: - On-Site (before and after work hours, potential for remote most days if sufficient internet is available). Rates: 2-4 days- $40/day 5 days- $30/day Discounted rates available for stays 30 days or longer. *I will not double book on-site house-sitting gigs and will overnight at your house exclusively.* -Check ins (perfect for cats and/or houseplants) once every 2-3 days, stop in for a few hours and check on everything; feed and water cats Rates: $25/ check-in (minimum of two check-ins) All rates good for up to 3 cats/dogs and $10/day per additional animal after that.
