Hello! My name is Sherri and I'm a 34 year old business woman, recently moved from California to Yuma to care for my step dad who has cancer. I have cared for a wide variety of animals, many with special dietary and medical needs, as well as basic home care like checking the mail, watering the garden, walking dogs, etc. I've housesat numerous times, often with animals who have special dietary or medical needs. Your pets will be taken care of as if they were my own and I love to spoil, so please leave lots of treats for me to give them! I have looked after two dogs (one large and one small), a cat and goldfish for the past six months in Arizona; a twenty-year old cat with cancer a dozen times in Los Angeles; and most recently I've helped my mom and step-dad (who also has cancer) care for their four cats and one blind/deaf dog also in Arizona. Each house sit went exceptionally well. I'm happy to provide testimonials and references for you. I take pride in keeping each pet happy and loved as if they were my own. In my own home, I've had dogs, cats with cancer, cats with diabetes, hamsters, chinchillas, goldfish and more! I clearly love animals :) I am from the United States and lived in Los Angeles, San Diego, Arizona and Boston. I enjoy all outdoor activities like running, hiking and surfing, so I can take your dogs on walks if you'd like. I'm also very neat and tidy, and can pick up your mail, do general chores and care for your home. I also LOVE cooking - I hope you'll let me cook you a homecoming meal!
