House Sitter in Tigard, Oregon

Hello! I have managed vacation homes in Crescent Bar Washington, Portland Oregon, Truckee California, and Polson Montana. I have had the good fortune of working with some very skilled property managers in the past that showed me what really matters when taking care of a property. I am a home owner who rents out my place on a regular basis and handles all the maintenance myself. My wife and I are ski instructors and we would really like to trade a part time place closer to Mt. Hood in exchange for property management and regular maintenance. We are open to any other locations and live centrally just south of downtown Portland. We are both great with animals, enjoy yard work, and don't mind throughly cleaning a place spotless.
