I met Kelsey when she first moved to Richmond, VA, in 2010 and since then she has served as a pet sitter for me countless times, coming to the rescue last minute when I was going on vacation, visiting my parents, or just away for the weekend. Because she has traveled a lot, she thinks of logistics and is a fast problem solver. Once, when she was house sitting for me, I forgot to leave her my key, and she called a locksmith who was able to get the door open.
