House Sitter in Jacksonville, Florida

I am a Florida native and Jacksonville resident for the past 3 years. I work a 9-5 job downtown, but have plenty of time before/after work, and on the weekends to house-sit. I know leaving town can be stressful and I'm more than happy to help! I'm a busy-bee type person and would love to make my spare time more useful by being a helpful neighbor. Below are few of my house-sitting services. If there are special requests or tasks that need to be done I am open to that as well. Maintain order and security of property: Monitor entrances to property and secures locks and other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons. 2) Answer telephone and doorbell, take messages, and forward information to home owner. 3) Forward or file mail. 4) Tidy up house using provided cleaning , water plants, etc. 5) Feed and play with pets, clean litter box, or take sit pets to the vet. 6) Take out trash/recycling. 7) Inspects utilities, such as plumbing and air-conditioning, to detect problems requiring services of repairer and contacts repair establishment to arrange for necessary repairs. 8) May care for swimming pool or grounds or perform other related duties.
