House Sitter in Cocoa Beach, Florida

I own 3 houses myself in Nashville and NY. I am looking to find my final home in ft lauderdale, near my daughter and sister. I would love to house sit while I am in the process of doing that. Being a homeowner and will be currently renting out my third house, I will respect your home as if it's my own. I know what's it's like to rent and hopefully get a good renter that won't yin your home. I can do any of the services you need . Collecting mail, running errands, cleaning. Pets, plants, whatever it may be. I am not leaving Nashville until March and I do come with a 5 lb yorkie, who is hypo allergenic and house trained, naturally. I am as honest as thy come and , not to be full of myself, but you will LOVE ME!! I am the type of person you think you've known for years. I love people!!!
