House Sitter in Terre Haute, Indiana

We need a house and dog sitter from April 22 (evening) through April 30 (morning). Prefer the sitter to stay in the home overnight in guest room, from at least 9pm to 7am daily. We have a Boston Terrier that is 10 years old. He will need let out to potty/walked a minimum of 3 times daily (7am, 3-5pm and 9pm). He will go outside without a leash, but must be watched, especially after dark. He is going blind and will get turned around and lost in the yard. Will also need fed, provided water and cream applied to his nose daily. Will also have a few plants that may need watered. The house is located in eastern vigo county about 7 miles from Terre Haute.
