House Sitter in Clearwater, Florida

I am retired military enlisted man Retired pay grade E-9.Air Force.. I clean houses, including bathrooms, toilets ,showers and tubs ,I cook very well, including cleanup pots pans and dishes. I vacuum and mop floors , I separate trash as required and set out trash containers for pick up as required. I do not smoke or use tobacco or in any form. I may consume alcohol moderately maybe one time a week . Never in excess . I take care of flowers and gardens. I take care of most any type of pet. I do all of these things as a house sitter not as a clean up person.
