A dogs' most important need is to be walked. What is good for the dog is good for us. So I would make sure the dog & cat "if need be" get walked at least once a day twice if weather permits. My cat died recently so it would be nice to hang with another cat. I also lost my best friend, my dog. He was fifteen & that was amazing because he was one hundred pounds. So I have two angels watching over me. I am not ready to replace either of them but it doesn't stop me from appreciating other cats and dogs. I would be happy to care for your pets.
