One of the ways that I have found to meet people is to get to know their culture and the community. I have owned my own graphic design business and enjoy traveling to see museums, art and nature to inspire my current hobby of design. Every month, I visit elders in the nursing home and provide music and story therapy. With each random act of kindness, I inspire others to do the same. I have volunteered for the special Olympics, organized company walks for Alzheimer's since 2011, and have been a friend to many elders as a caregiver.
