House Sitter in Nanakuli, Hawaii

Like I said I house sit I don't haunted house sit . I can do basic chores around the house like sweep , mop, vacuum ,water plants etc. But for like scrubbing toilets and nasty foul smelling jobs I would have to past . I can do minor repairs like change a door knob or light fixture I can do that . Major repairs all depends what it is ... I expect to be explained in detail what does my job entails just so there's no miss understandings . Straight up what I am told to do that's all I will do , no more no less ... Short description about me I'm a easy person to get along with , I know how to follow directions , reliable , responsible and I always finish what I came..... do... Some times I get a little to blunt other than that I'm ok
