House Sitter in Mission Viejo, California

Hello, My name is Cheryl. I am very interested in house sitting and in having a residence in this area as to provide a mutually convenient and flourishing situation for everyone involved. I can definitely can be of great help in a wide variety of arenas. I am dependable, courteous, diversified and I work graciously to tend to the needs for just about any household situation. I am a freelance interior designer part time, and I have an online store. I usually work quietly at home and go out for client consultations, part time daily work if needed, research and installations. I work on my computer a lot to keep my online store up to date. I believe this is a good situation because I am there to watch over things & keep things safe, tend to needs of house or individuals needing assistance. I live in Mission Viejo currently and do enjoy the Orange County area. If the right situation came along, I would be willing to travel as well if needed. I am 56 yrs old, I am a very good shape, and am the the proud owner of two adult children! So, this means I am officially an empty nester! This is why I can and why I desire to engage in a situation such as this. I am flexible, organized, trustworthy and I am known for taking care of things expeditiously and in a positive manner. I am very adaptable to new situations, I love a challenge, and have a great down to Earth sense of humor as well. Some of the things I can most definitely assist with is house sitting, childcare and tutoring if needed, errands and assistance with work related tasks if desired. I have recently developed my own site as mentioned above and am capable of maintaining sites for others. I also excel in event planning activities, interior design related needs, wonderful cooking abilities as well as household chores. I am great at organization and I am creative as well as solution oriented. I will be available 4/1/20 (or possibly slightly earlier) and happy to begin the tasks at hand of a position such as this.
