House Sitter in Ketchikan, Alaska

We are a couple who has lived in Ketchikan for 8 years. We work full time and have built a house. To save for early retirement, we are renting out our house and living aboard a 30' sailboat in Thomas Basin. We have no children at home and no pets. We are looking for a long-term house-sitting position for the fall, winter, and/or spring. We are responsible with impeccable references. We can pet-sit as well.
